The services provided are contingent upon this agreement to Terms of Service (henceforth referred to as TOS); however TOS may change at any time with or without notice to the user and continue to govern all usage. Currently updated TOS forms may be requested from 4uTechnologies at any time by the user via 4uTechnologies.com. Any component of use or service may also fall under the jurisdiction of other TOS and/or agreements. This agreement supersedes any former written, oral or other discussed agreement that may fall under any of the conditions or categories of the TOS listed below. The user is bound to these TOS by using any service or technology from 4uTechnologies.

Any modification or change in service of Sync4U will occur at the discretion of 4uTechnologies and the user agrees to uphold any terms, rules or contracts that may or may not occur as a result.
Termination of Services
4uTechnologies reserves the right to terminate service at any time in the instance that the user fails to comply with these TOS and Usage Agreement. The user agrees that this decision is at the sole discretion of 4UTechnologies. This may occur for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: a breach in the agreement or any part of the agreement set forth by these TOS, user has conducted unlawful activity by using our services, 4uTechnologies is required by law to terminate this agreement, or any additional reason that is appropriate as decided by 4uTechnologies.
Limitations of Liability
The TOS in this Agreement are governed by the laws in the state of Pennsylvania, United States. The user agrees that 4uTechnologies are exempt in any circumstance from liability in the even t that any damages (such as but not limited to damage to business, personal injuries, privacy breaches or personal information loss, or data loss, financial or reputed loss) that may occur at any time for any reason whether it be directly or indirectly arising from any service or component of 4uTechnologies or use of any service or component, while using or as a result of usage, or in any way connected to use or previous use of any technology provided by 4uTechnologies. The user also agrees that 4uTechnologies is not accountable for any third party fees or requirements including by not limited to internet access, machine upkeep costs, service requirements, etc.
If 4uTechnologies does not act upon a legal right that has been infringed that does not mean that the right has been waived by 4uTechnologies and will not be used at a later time; 4uTechnologies still reserves all rights. If any term, regulation or agreement in this contract is found to be unlawful, erroneous or unconstitutional, the whole entity of the rest of this agreement is still the binding contract between the user and 4uTechnologies.
Entire Agreement
This TOS and usage agreement is the entire agreement between the user and 4uTechnologies. This agreement supersedes any former written, oral or other discussed agreement that may fall under any of the conditions or categories of this TOS. In the instance that any part of this agreement is found to be faulty, invalid or illegal than the other conditions in this agreement are still upheld and governed by the state of Pennsylvania. Any other contracts or agreements between a user and 4uTechnologies are in addition to these TOS and users are subject to both these TOS and any that are added through other contracts or agreements.
